Suppo received the ISO9000 and ISO14001 certificate in 1998, our products are UL approved and are all RoHS compliance.

Suppo use only approved and top listing vendors for chief materials, as good products made from good materials. We further extend that, we will audit our vendor and ask them to use only their approved supplier. If they change any chief materials supplier, SUPPO need to be advised.

Safety and consistency are two priority performances when Suppo design and manufacture the batteries. Even in case of abuse using, such as short circuit, reverse charge, deep discharge and long time over charge, Suppo batteries are made not to explode and/or burn. Consistent quality are ensured by increasing more automatic equipments and Standard Operation Procedure(SOP) and SPC control method applied in almost every process.

Cells are 100% tested for capacity, open circuit voltage and impedance before they are shipping out. Acceptance test is conducted every batch. Cells are tested for dimensions, capacity and impedance.

Routine test is conducted as per international standards, cells are tested for Charge retention, -18C discharge characteristic, impact & vibration, over charge, cycle life, vent working ability, storage, safety and other features that may needed.
